  • International Shipping: Dispatched via UPS or FedEx for reliable and efficient service.

Estimated Delivery Times

These timelines are in addition to production times for made-to-order jewelry items:

  • UK: 1–2 business days
  • US & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • New Zealand: 2–3 business days
  • Hong Kong & Singapore: 1–2 business days
  • UK & EU: 3–5 business days
  • Japan: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–7 business days

Customs clearance times may vary. Some countries, particularly in Asia (except Singapore and Hong Kong), may experience delays due to strict import processes.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • Shipments are exported from either the UK or Sri Lanka.
  • USA: Orders shipped from Sri Lanka are typically TAX and Duty Free due to favorable trade agreements.
  • Most destinations, including the US, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and many EU countries, have straightforward customs processes. However, local import taxes may apply and will be communicated directly by the shipping carrier.
